Trees, green leaves waving like fingers in the breeze
Branches without leaves swaying in the same breeze
Grasses rippling across the expanse the mind can see
The passing of the wind and rain through the seasons
Butterflies fluttering along the tops of the grasses
Birds swirling, swooping, flying in the air
Laughter, voices, blankets, feet and travellers
Taking time to see, be part of what each day brings
Clouds gather, rain begins to fall as sounds hush
Clouds break, sun moves out to shine and bring life
Sounds flow, puddles dry, Leaves shift, kites fly
Birds sing, beetles crawl, caterpillars weave
Life is the cocoon, as time continues on
